About Us

First opened on March 17, 1970 with seven children, Little Playmates has now expanded to six convenient locations serving nearly five hundred.
Child care is offered for infants, toddlers, three, four and five year olds and after-school children.

For our school age youth, we provide transportation to and from school as well as fun programs when public school is not in session.

Little Playmates has been nationally accredited by NAEYC since the early 90's and has a five star license from the State of New Mexico.

Voted "Best Day Care" by the Las Cruces Sun News Reader's Choice awards since 2000, we only hope to ever improve our services to adapt to the needs of our families.

Two time winner of the Quality New Mexico Piñon Award, Little Playmates strives to be a leader in child care in our area and actively involved in community functions.

Experienced staff keep a clean nurturing environment that keeps generations of families returning to play under our mature shade trees and swimming in our private heated pool.
